"In July 2023, TJ started training with Adrian and Bay City Soccer. He was a good athlete, fast and coordinated, but he had been playing at a NorCal Premier Silver level. He was raw and inconsistent. Bay City worked on the specific aspects of the game he needed to develop. Over a short period of time, Bay City Soccer elevated TJ’s overall game, improved his ball striking, using both feet, passing, pressing and close control. TJ tried out for the Barca Academy in Arizona in May 2024. Beforehand, Bay City worked on elements of TJ’s game that they knew would be tested during the tryout and would give TJ the best chance of being spotted and scouted. He was awarded a place on the Barca Academy U15 roster and will go to school and the academy full time in Fall 2024. Bay City Soccer were absolutely instrumental in helping TJ take this exciting next step on his soccer journey. "
